Millennial Leaders Alliance
The Millennial Leaders Alliance (MLA) is the leadership body of Millennial 2020, a network of Millennials (roughly between the ages 15-25) committed to changing the story of Northeast Indiana.
Mission:
To engage Millennials in developing, attracting, and retaining talent in the region.
2012-2013 MLA
The MLA represents Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and Whitley counties. It is made up of 2-3 Millennials per county, 1 MLA leader per county, the Vision 2020 staff and a maximum of 4 at-large members.

Millennial Engagement
- Take advantage of speaking opportunities in schools throughout Northeast Indiana to develop Millennial awareness of what's going on in their communities!
- Host 2 Spark Tanks!
- Engage Millennials in their communities throughout Northeast Indiana by hosting events that incorporate each of the 5 pillars of Vision 2020!
MLA Exclusive
- MLA members hosted a speed networking event with members from Vision 2020's Regional Opportunities Council on January 30th to bridge the gap between current and emerging leaders!
- Throughout the year, MLA members have opportunities to tour local organizations to learn more about their missions.
- Members can job shadow Regional Opportunities Council members to learn more about the companies that call Northeast Indiana home and network with business leaders.
